Photo and Video Permission
Our app requests access to your Photos and Videos only to allow you to select and cast your personal media files to compatible TV devices. This permission is used solely for browsing, selecting, and streaming photos and videos that you choose to share.
We do not access, collect, store, upload, or share your photos or videos without your consent. Access is limited to the media you select for casting purposes.
You can manage or revoke this permission at any time through your device's Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos.
Third-Party Services
The Application does not use third-party advertising services.
The Application may use essential system services provided by Apple for app functionality. These services operate under Apple’s privacy policies.
Third Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

Subscription Note
Our app offers an optional Premium subscription to enhance the media casting experience. Premium features include unlimited casting, an ad-free experience, high-quality streaming, and access to all premium casting tools and future updates.
The subscription includes a free trial (if offered). After the free trial ends, the subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase or when the free trial expires. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings.
A subscription is optional and is not required to use the basic features of the app. Free features remain available without purchasing a subscription.
Data Sharing
The Service Provider does not sell, trade, or share users’ personal information with third parties.
Data Retention
Since the Application does not collect personal data, no personal information is stored or retained.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Children’s Privacy
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
The Service Provider takes reasonable measures to protect the integrity and security of the Application.
